Museumkaart

Brief from young dogs
Develop a plan to increase interest in museums amongst the target audience.
Target audience: Young adults until 25 years old who have affinity with arts, culture, design, fashion and everyhting in between.

Why?
Why do young adults not want to go to museums? And not buy a Museumkaart?
Because?
because it's expensive to go to a museum
or to buy a Museumkaart.

Our idea
The Sharecard
Young adults find a Museumkaart too expensive if they look at how often they go to museums.
That's why we designed the Share Card, they can share this card with whoever they want.
How?
With a subscription to the share card you pay €2,70 per person every month. Which add up to the original price €64,90. There is also the opportunity to pay the €32,45 p.p. at once. Whatever you like best.
With this we reduce the price per person in half and only ask them to pay a small amount per month. People dont see thisas a big commitment. This improves the chances of people buying a Museumkaart.
Each persons personal information will be registered when purchasing the card.

How does this help?
Students often get a discount, but this is not always the case. They look for cheap museums or skip a visit.
If they have the share-card attached to their keys, they can visit a museum spontaneously and walk in anywhere.

Bonus
It's not clear about how many museums you have to visit to get your moneys worth or which museums are in your neighbourhood. That's why we made promotion material for social media, to show museum combinations you can visit in different cities with the entry money compared to the money you spend on your share card.

Loes and I won the youngdogs pitch
As second year communication (advertising) students we were doing our internship at Persuade and thought why not participate at the young dogs pitches.
